We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.

Our MOQ is 200 pcs. For new customers, there are two times to order below 200pcs, the third time will charge 160usd for machine operation if MOQ cannot be reached.

Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 30-35 days for not hot sale products.

Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new orders for a small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation.

We have acquired ISO9001 quality management system certification and TUV/ENEC/SAA/CE/CB/ROHS certificate for the products.

Generally 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance payment before shipment. More payment methods depended on requirement.
